I’m Lennart, a 28 year old photography student at the Akademie für Fotografie in Hamburg – Germany.
I was born and raised in Wolfsburg, Germany – best known for being home to Volkswagen. I was 11 years old when I joined the local scouts. Through them I got to travel all over the world – e.g. Zimbabwe, Israel, Japan, etc. – and learned to love to explore the world and meeting new people.
At the age of 18 I moved out and lived in different cities around Germany. A few years back – when suffering from Depression – I searched for a way a re-learn mindfulness and find a way to see the world differently. That’s when I picked up my first camera. I spent a lot of time just being by myself with the camera and the focus on whats in front of me. Over the time I collected plenty of knowledge about photography and soon realized that I want to turn the hobby into a profession.
